We are supporting the field of finance, technology and education, expanding communication channels through which we can collect the opinions of partner companies, and increasing incentives for outstanding partner companies. HDC Harbon proclaimed the Fair Trade Declaration and concluded a fair trade protocol with partner companies. In addition, we tightened the reward and punishment policy by reinforcing the penalty standard when a breach of the protocol or the contract occurs. Along with continuous feedback, through continued education, we are doing our best so that the fair trade culture can be incorporated into our all the way of business
ETHICAL MANAGEMENT
Harbon regards ethical management as our highest priority in managing the company and carrying out business activities.
The standard of judgment for all tasks is set to the code of ethics, and we are
practicing ethical management where we work in a transparent, fair and reasonable manner. Furthermore, our compliance system prevents anyone from violating the laws and regulations related to the company’s business activities, going against company rules and standards, or clashing with the society’s ethical expectations.
We will detect early on a potential offense and effectively deal with it, we determined the compliance standard.
We also required all employees to abide by the ethical practice guidelines and
completed the compliance operating system. Through ethical management activities combined with social contribution, we are doing our best to firmly establish the Compliance System within our company culture.
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
To achieve sustainable growth that contributes to the harmonious development
of people, society and the environment, we are helping to reduce greenhouse gas emission and recycle resources through eco-friendly business projects and technological development.
In addition, we are providing a safe and pleasant living environment for the members of society by preventing environmental problems that can occur during construction work, managing
the site well so the surrounding area and the local residents do not suffer any damage, by using ecofriendly materials and building environmentally friendly structures.
